This is probably the most popular CZ 457 trigger replacement spring seen on YouTube! A reduction in trigger pull weight of almost 50% is claimed by the manufacturer but of course this may be affected by adjustment of the factory settings! A small Delrin block has a hole through it to aid removal of the factory trigger pin.
